Club Policies & Guidelines
1. Membership & Participation
Membership is open to Aston Martin owners and enthusiasts who share a passion for the brand.
Members are expected to uphold the values of respect, camaraderie, and enthusiasm for the Aston Martin community.
Participation in events, drives, and gatherings is encouraged but not mandatory.
2. Code of Conduct
Treat all members with courtesy and respect at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all members.
Discussions should remain automotive-focused and align with the club’s purpose.
3. Events & Gatherings
Safe driving practices must be followed during all club drives and events. Reckless driving, speeding, or dangerous behavior will result in removal from the event.
Members are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy and insured before participating in driving events.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during driving activities.
4. Online Community & Social Media
Be respectful and constructive when engaging in club forums, social media, or online discussions.
No unauthorized advertisements, commercial promotions, or spam.
Club events and private discussions should not be shared publicly without permission.
5. Membership Termination
Membership may be revoked for violating club policies, engaging in illegal activity, or bringing disrepute to the club.
Decisions regarding membership removal will be made at the discretion of the club’s leadership team.
6. Club Logo & Branding
The Aston Martin Society of Arizona name and logo may not be used for commercial purposes without approval.
Any merchandise or promotional materials bearing the club’s branding must be authorized.
7. Amendments & Changes
Club policies and guidelines may be updated as needed to reflect the evolving needs of the club.
Members will be notified of any major changes to club policies.
