Car Club Policies & Community Guidelines

Welcome to the community! To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all members, we ask that you please review and adhere to the following policies and guidelines.

Respect and Civility

Treat all members with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated. Healthy debates are encouraged, but keep discussions respectful, civil, and constructive.

Posting and Content Guidelines

Relevant Content: Please keep posts relevant to the forum topic and the club’s automotive focus. Off-topic content may be removed.

Spam-Free Zone: Avoid posting duplicate content, irrelevant links, or advertisements. Promotions and sales posts are only allowed in designated areas.

Language: Use appropriate and respectful language. Obscene, vulgar, or inflammatory language is prohibited.

Photos, Videos, and Media

Only share photos and videos that you have permission to post. Respect the privacy of others, and ensure your media does not include private information.

Do not post explicit or offensive images. All media should follow community standards.

Privacy and Safety

Do not share anyone’s personal information without consent. Protect both your privacy and that of other members.Report any suspicious behavior to club administrators.

Reporting Violations

If you come across a post or comment that violates these guidelines, please report it to the administrators. Our team will review and take appropriate action.

Refund Policy

Generally, all club payments—including memberships, events, and other payments—are non-refundable. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of club administrators and are not guaranteed.

Suspension and Removal

Members who do not follow these guidelines may face removal or suspension from the club. Warnings will typically be issued for minor infractions, but repeated or severe violations may result in immediate removal.
