Test drag and drop
In web design:
• It’s the part of a webpage the user can see in their browser window at any moment.
• The size changes depending on the device, browser window size, and zoom level.
• Anything outside the viewport requires scrolling to view.
Example:
If your monitor shows 1920×1080 pixels but the browser window is 1280×800, then the viewport is 1280×800, not the full monitor size.
⸻
In general UI/graphics work:
• It’s the portion of the total content or canvas that’s currently being displayed.
• In mapping software or games, it’s the “camera” window through which you see the scene.
