Weber 40 DCOE jetting for a 1.8 twin-cam at sea level — where are you starting?

I have a pair of 40 DCOEs on the GTV and I am chasing a flat spot between 2,500 and 3,200 rpm. Currently on 32mm chokes, 130 mains, F11 emulsion tubes, 200 airs.

I suspect the emulsion tube is wrong for the cam but before I start buying brass I would like to hear what others are running. Coastal California, so effectively sea level and cool.
